Medserve appreciates your business and make every effort to offer you the best possible service. Below are our terms and conditions and if you are unsure of anything or have further questions, please call our team on 01327 310310.
As an authorised distributor or dealer of the products shown on our website, there may be product changes from manufacturers which are out of our control and we reserve the right to change the product design and specification without prior notice. We will endeavour to inform you of these changes on receipt of your order.
Medserve offers a choice of delivery methods which must be selected at the time of ordering but these delivery services are not guaranteed due to factors outside of our control. Deliveries are normally between 9am and 5pm. Orders received will be shipped the next working day or they can be the same day if received before 11am.
Saturday delivery service may be available by request but this will incur an additional cost. If required, you will need to contact our office to check if this is possible.
The delivery services of courier 48hr and 3-5day service apply only to UK mainland post codes. Deliveries to off shore postcodes or Europe will take longer. Parcels can normally be tracked directly with the delivery provider after despatch from Medserve.
Notification of damage or shortage must be made within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
You will need to provide us with the following details:
- Your name, address and contact number.
- When and how you can be contacted.
- Invoice number/consignment number on the parcel and name of Courier/delivery provider.
- The nature of the damage or shortage.
- You must retain the damaged item(s) and all packaging for inspection.
- In the event of damage occurring during shipping and the damage is obvious, do not accept the parcel and then contact us to inform us why the parcel was refused.
- In the event of shortage, please keep all the packaging and contact us by phone, fax or email.
Medserve and the delivery providers accept no responsibility for items left other than with the recipient named on the invoice/consignment document.
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification and the prices charged are those in force at the time of placing the order.
Payment must be made before any goods can be despatched from Medserve.
Cooling off period – Purchasers have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to cancel the order. The cancellation of order must be made in writing, by letter, fax or email. The purchaser has a further 7 working days to return the cancelled item(s) during this period.
Cancelled orders – Purchasers must return the cancelled order at their own expense. Returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged to receive a refund equal to the price paid. We reserve the right to charge 20% restocking fee for any item which may have been soiled/used before deciding to cancel the order or if the item is unsuitable.
Purchasers are responsible for the return of the item(s). Medserve are not responsible for any or part of any returned item(s) lost or damaged in transit from the purchaser, whatever the reason for the return.
Medserve strongly suggest that medical advice is sought and taken before using any product supplied from Medserve. Using Medserve products without medical advice is the choice of the purchaser and Medserve cannot be held responsible for any changes to any existing medical condition now or in the future. Medserve accept no responsibility for any personal injury or damage that might be the result of using a product supplied by us.
