Photizo Sport – Conditions and Treatment
Muscle, tendon, and ligaments:
Start treating the injured and painful area once daily, for ten days. Thereafter, if you still experience discomfort, treat two to three times a week. In cases of acute pain, you may treat twice daily for two to three days, but revert back to once daily for ten days. For deep joints, ligaments and muscle groups like spine and hips, treat with double dosages and cover all sides of the joint.
- Back and neck: Treat directly over the spine/vertebrae, as well as the side muscle groups with double dosages.
- Hips: Treat the whole area, as well as the groin ares with double dosages.
Skin breaks, cuts, abrasions, irritations, blisters, and insect bites:
Start treatments as soon as possible to stimulate cell repair. Treat daily until healed.
Joint, bone bruising, stress fractures, and cartilage injuries:
Start treatment as soon as possible. Cover the whole joint line, treat daily for ten days, and revert to treatment three times a week until healed.
Deep bruising and Haematomas:
Start treating as soon as possible after the injury occurs. Treat daily until healed.
Plantar Fasciitis:
For plantar fasciitis and heal spurs, treat the whole sole of the foot, from the heel to the toes.
Treat the affected areas once daily for ten days, and then revert to two to three times a week. When acute pain is present, you may treat initially twice daily for three to four days, thereafter revert back to to two to three times a week.
Runner’s Knee:
Treat the outside of the knee and thigh area, covering the whole tender area. You can also treat the trigger points associated with runner’s knee.
Treat the affected areas once daily for ten days, then revert to two to three times a week. When acute pain is present you may treat initially twice daily, for three to four days. Thereafter revert back to two to three times a week.
Shin Splints:
Treat the whole affected area and trigger points related to the lower legs.
Treat the affected areas once daily for ten days, and then revert to two to three times a week. When acute pain is present you may treat initially twice daily for three to four days. Thereafter revert back to two to three times a week.
Tennis and golfer’s elbow:
Treat the affected areas, covering the elbow and forearms. If the pain radiated to the upper arm, cover this area as well. You can also treat the related trigger points.
